A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION WHEREBY G.~I.~:,~LLIm~S
CO.,~ii~A CORPORATION,DEDICATES A PORTION pF SOUTHWOOD DRIVE TO SAID CIT~.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and it hereby does, accept that certain deed o~
dedication dated January 13,1955, whereby G. W. Williams ~o., a
private California corporation,has dedZcated to said City for public
street purposes the land desEribed in said deed, the same being a portioh
of Southwood Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,and he hereby is, dir-
ected to forward said deed to the Recorder of the County of San Mateo for
recordation,together with a certified copy of th~ resolution i~f~~ acceptance.
I hwreby certify that the foregoing reso-
lution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on this 16th day of August,195~
