A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CONFIP~ENG AN ~ENDED ASSESS~
MENT ~E.TH RESPECT TO A PORTION OF THE AREA INn
. CLUDEB ~HIN ~H~ BIS~RI~$ DEFINED IN RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION NO. 1666
Whereas, pursuant to Resolution no. 2041 of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco adopted on the 10th day
of August,1954,notice has been duly given,as prescribed in
87~0 et. seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, of the intention of s~id City Council to amend the
assessment, with respect to a portion of the area comprising the
district defined in Resolution of Intention No.1666,adopted by
ssid City Council on the 6th.day of June,1951,which portion of
sa~d district is now known as "Avalon Park No,2" and "Avalon
Park No.~";and
WHEREAS,no perwons interested appeared,or filed written protests,against said
proceedings or any part thereof,and all persons desiring to be heard
were given an opportunity to be heard,an~ all matters and things
pertaining to s~id amended assessment were fully heard and considered
by said City Council,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by sa~d City Council and
said City Council does here~y order:
1. ~hat all protests and objections be, and they hereby are,
'overruled;
2. That the amended assessment list and amended assessment
diagram,as prepared by the Director of Public Works as ex-officio
Superintendent of Streets of said City and filed with the City Clerk
thereof be,and the same hereby is,approved and confirmed as the
assessment fo~ the above mentioned area.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at an
adjourned meeting held this 3Oth day of August,1954
by the following vote:
