A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DETEFJ.'SNING THE NECESSITY
OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL S~NITARY
SEWERAGE SYSTEM AND AN INDUSTRIAL SEWAGE PUMPING
~TATION IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO IN THE VICINITY OF FREEWAY STREET
AND SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS H.D.CHOPE, the Director of Public Health and
Welfare ofL'~he ~County of San Mateo,who performs the duties of
Health Officer of said County and the City of South San Francisco,
has recommended in writing, the construction of an indus%rial
sanitary sewerage system and an industrial sewage pumping station
in the industrial area of ~outh San Francisco lying,generally
speakkng,in the vivinity of Freeway Street and South Airport
Boulevard,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that said City Council does here~y
find and determine that the construction of such industrial sanitary
sewerage system and an industrial sewage pumping station in the
industrial area above referred to is nece~sary as a health ~aeasure.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
'Council of the City of South San Francisco at an
adjourned meeting held this 30th.day of August,
195&,by the following vote:
