A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY O~ SOUTH S;bN
FRANCISCO EMPLOYING ATTORNEY FOR SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD
IMPROV~,~ENT PROCEEDINGS
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, thatRICHARD P. LYONS is hereby employed
to prepare resolutions, notices, and affidavits in the proceedings
with regard to the improvement of that portion of the industrial
area of ~said city lying in the vicinity of Freeway Street and
South Airport Boulevard, and he is further employed to furnish
opinions on the la~ality of the contract, the assessment,and the
bonds in said proceedings, and his compensation therefor is fixed
at two percent(2%) of the cost of said ~mProv~e~t,proceedings,
payable as incidental expenses of the proceedings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of ~outh San Francisco,California, at an
adjourned meeting thereof held on the 30th day of
.August,195$, by the following vote:
Councilmen Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith.
