A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT
WORK PERFORMED UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
1966, ADOPTED JANUaRY,il,1954
%~EREAS one person has, in writing, complained to or
appealed to the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
with reference to the assessment made by the Director of Public
Works as ex-officio Superintendent of Streets of said city upon the
property declared to he benefited' by the public improvement work
mwntioned in Resolution of intention No. 1966, adopted January,il,
195~, and said written protest and any and all oral protests being hereby
overruled,
NO?~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City ~ouncil of
th'e City of South San Francisco that said assessment be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
The Superintendent of Streets of said city is hereby
directed to deliver to the contractor who performed the improvement
work mentioned in said Resoluticn of Intention No,1966, or to his
duly designated assignee, said assessment, to which shall be
attached a warrant authorizing said contractor or s~id assignee to
demand and receive the several assessments upon s~id assessment, in
the ~anner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the fo~going resolution was
regularly introduced a~d adopted by the CiSy Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 7th day of
September,1955, by the following vete:
