A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING FROM THE SPERRY AND HUTCHINSON COMPANY AN AGREEMENT EST~.B~
LISHING A COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE LAND O~I~ED BY SAID CO~PANY IN
THE VIEINITY OF TP~ INTERSECTION OF DUBUQUE AVENUE AND BUTLER ROAD
IN SAID CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the cgity Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City~Council shall, and it hereby does, approve and accep.~ that
certain Agreement dated Septemner 1,1954, whereby the Sperry and Hutchinson
Company, a private corporation, establishes in favor of said City a covenant
running with the land owned by said corporation near the intersection of
Butler Road and Dubuque Avenue, in said City, which covenant is for the y~t~.~
purpose of guaranteeing to said City the performance of the conditions
esteblished by said City with respect to the granting of permission
to said corporation for the purpose of installing and maintaining a
spur track a~ross and through said Bub~er Road and Dubuque Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he
hereby is, instructed to transmit said Agreement, together with a
certified copy of this Resolution, to the County Recorder's Office
for recordation.
