THE.~PRO~ERT~ O~ERS IN CONNECTION I~ffTH THE INDUSTRIAL SE~ERS AND PUMPING STATIONS ASSESS- MENT DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT PROCEEDINGS. BE I~ RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10603 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the City Treasurer of said City be, and 'he hereby is , Appointed and designated as the public official to collect and reciewe all the assessment moneys to. be assessed and levied against the p~rcels of property lying within the assessment district known as "Industrial Sewers and Pumping Stations Assessment District", established pursuan$ to the provisions of Reso- lution of Intention No.1987, adopted by said City Council on the 155h day of March,1954. BE IT FURTHER ~SOLVED that all aforesaid assessment moneys shall ~e held by said City Treasurer in a separate fund to be entitled, "Industrial Sewers and Pumpimg Stations Assessment District Fund", and shall be disburded by him only upon presentation of a special 35O warrant drawn upon him by the Director of Public Works in his capacity as ex-officio Superintendent of S~reets of said City. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,and he hereby is, instructed to forward to the City Tr~easurer and the Director of Public ~-orks a certified copy of this Resolution. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 7th day of September,1954,by the following v~te: AYES, Councilmen Andrew $occa, Francis Lucchio, ~elford Sm~bh, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen .
