A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO WESTERN
ADVERTISINGSYSTEM,INC. TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN
PUBLIC B~$~STOP BENCHES AND TO USE THE S~4E FOR
ADVERTISING PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City 8ouncil of the City of South
San Francisco that said City grant to Western Advertising System,Inc.,
a private corporation, a franchise for the purpose of installing and
maintaining public bus-stop benchewwithin the confines of s~id City
and to use the same for advertising purposes. Said franchise shall
be in the form of a wsitten agreement as prepared and presented by
the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
execute the same on behalf of said City and that the City Clerk of
said City beiAnstructed to attest to the same and to affix thereto
the corporate seal of the said City.
