SCH%'fEINING,NOW SUPERINTENDANT OF SANITATION AND FCRMERLY SUPEtINTENDENT OF STREETS, TO PAY TO THE CITY TREASURER FOR DEPOSIT IN THE GENERAL FUND THE SURPLUS OF MONEYS REStrAINING IN HIS HANDS AND WHICH WERE PAID TO HIM IN CO~ECTION WITH CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PRO- CEEDINGS %~,~ICH ARE NOW CONCLUDED. WHEREAS HENRY L. SCHWEINING in his fO~mer. Capacity of Superintendent of Streets have been fully accomplished and all obligations in connecti~n there- with have been paid in full, save and except that, as hereby found and determined by the City Council of ~he City of South Sanfrancisco, said City did necessarily incur a considerable amount of administrative and general overhead expenses, totalling in excess o~ the amounts above specified, and which were not charged to the various special assessment and improvement proceedings as listed abo~e, but which were paid out of the gemeral f~d of the said Oity, ~ ~ ~ ~ IT RZSOL~ED by s~id City Council that it is fitting .and proper to reimburse the general f~d for the afore- mentioned expenditures, and in that comnection said H~RY L. SC}?.~INING %s hereby i~strUCted and d~rected to pay over to the City Treasurer said sum of One Thousabd Three HundredFifty-Three and ~2/lOOths Dollars(Ljl,353.42) be~n~ the balance of moneys re- maining upon completion of all aforedesdribed special assessment and public improvement proceedings. The City Treasurer, upon receipt of sgid moneys, shall issue a receipt therefor to said EENRY L. SCH?~II~I~'.~G, who thereupon shall be discharged of ~y further responsibility in connection with said moneys. I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolu- tion was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 20th dg'y of September,1954, by the following vote: AYES, Councilmen NOES, " ABSENT " Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Telford Smith, Emilio Co~tesi, Richard Gamlen None None ATTEST: Arthur A.
