A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN SAN FRANCISCO AWARDING THE CONTRACT TO
PERFORM THE WORK DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION NO. 205Q
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco did, in open session,on the 20th day of September,1954, publicly
open, examine, and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the'
work and improvement, and for the furnishing of all materials, labor,
and equipment necessary for the doing of said work and improvement,
in said city, described in Resolution of Intention No. 2054 of the City Council
of said City, adopted on the 30th day of August, 1954, which Resolution of
Intention is hereby expressly referred to fmr a description of said work and
improvement and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said City Council
hereby rejects all of said proposals or bi~s except that herein mentioned
and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said improve-
ment and for the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment necessary
for the do~ng of said work or improvement to the lov~est responsible bidder'i
to wit:
Bay Pacific Construction and Engineering Co.
at the prices named in their bid on file in the office of the City Clerk..
The City v Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of said award
twice in t~m SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ENTERPRISE -JCURNAL, a weekly newspaper
published and circulated in st,id City and hereby designated for that purpose
by said City Council.
