RE~OLUTIiN DIRECTING THE ASSESS~'[ENT TO BE F~DE AND SIGNED BY THE DI~CTCR OF PUBLIC ~YORKS
.~.'~4EREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
work and
did on the 20th day of September,1954, pass~a resolution ordering certain/improvements
to be made in pursuan.ce of proceedings t~ken under the "Improvement Act of 1911"
and which are descrived in Resolution of Intention No.205Z~, passed on the 30th day
of August,1954, reference to which resolution is hereby expressl~ made for fur-
ther particulars; and
I~'~HEREAS said City Council desires that the assessment hereafter to be made
in the proceedings shall be made and signed by the Director of Public WoDks in-
ste~d of by the Superintendent of Streets of said City,
NOl'.r,~,=.~ .......... , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the assessment hereafter to be made, covering the costs and
expenses of said work ~o be done and improvement to be made, as described in
said Resolution of Intention No. 2054 shall be made and signed by the Director
of Public Works instead of by the Superintendent of btreets of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of South. San Francisco
at~an adjourned meeting thereof held on the 2~ st. day of September,1954
by the follOwing vote, to wit:
