A RESOLUTION OF TtiE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF SOUTtt

NO.3",AND A PORTILN OF "PECt~'S SUBDIVISION N0.1", TIlE
NEW NAME TC B~] "CRLSTVIEW TER~?~ACE".
WHERERS · ~METR0 HOMES, a private California corporation, as
th~ p~.esent owne~ 0£ mll th~ ~eal property herinafter particularly
described, has petitioned the City Council of the City of So~th San
Francisco for permission to rename all said re~l property from its
prement several recorded names so as, to recieve the new name of
"CRESTVIEI? TERRACE"; and
?ZEREAS said proposed new name, namely,"CK.~'iTVIE~,~' TERRACE",
in no way conflicts with the name of any other subdivision or area
within the City of South San Francisco so as to give r~se to a con-
flict; and
I'~,~IEREAS it appears to this City Council that the proposed
name of "CRZSTVIEi; TERRACE" is a proper and suitable name for the area
involved,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that the name of the parcels of real pro-
perty herinafter particularly described be changed so as to become,
collectively speaking, "CRESTVI~!? T~]R'.{A~E'', and henceforth said real
property shall be known by said name of "CRBSTVIEW TER!~ACE''.
Said real property, all of which is situate within the
confines of the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, is particularly described as follows:
PARCEL I
Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,
2~,25,26,27,28,29,~0,31,32,~3,34,35,36,37,3~,~,40,41,42,43,~4,
45 and 51 as shown on that certain map entitled "PECY~'S HEICHT$~
South San Francisco,Calif.," filed in the office of theCounty
Recorder of ~an Mateo County on February 28,1953 in Book 36 of
Maps at page 27.

Lots 12, 13, 27, 28 in Block lettered "U" as shown on
that certain map entitled "Supplemental Map to and Re-
Subdivision of Blocks R&S of Map of Peck's Subdivision
No. 1,South San Francisco, SaB MateoCo.,Calif.," filed
in the office of the County R corder of San Mateo County
in Book 9 of Maps at page lO.~The Northeasterly one-half
(1/2~ of the alley (abandoned) adjoining the Southwwsterly
line of lots 12 and 13 in Block "U" above described.
PARCEL V
Lot 7 in Block lettered "T" as shown on the map entitled
"Map of Peck's Subdivision No.1, South San Francisco, San
Mateo Co., Cal.," filed in the office of the County Re-
corder of San Mateo County in Book 5 of Maps at page ll.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he here-
by is, instructed to forward, for recordation purposes, to the ~ounty
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, a certified copy of this resolu-
tion. Also, said City Clerk is hereby directed to forward to METRO
HO~S, the s~id o~er of sE, id property, a certified copy of this
resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularly ~ntroduced and adopted by the City Oouncil
of the City of~i6ou~h San Francisco at an adjourned
meeting held on the 27th day of Oeptember,1954, by the
following vote:
