~=~o..the Director of Public Works has recommended that the

property lying to 't~e southwest of E1 Camino Real, opposite the Francisco
Terrace ombd~vzsion, to estab:zsh upon said ~.rop~rt~ s ponding area to

L~,o~mmmna excess, storm waters so as to i:revent damage to

:~'zna within the area of .~'rancisco Terrace Subdivision; and
,,~:~ ...... ~o it is believed that the creation and maintenance of
said ponding area will also afford protection to the residents of said
Francisco Terrace Subdivision and their property; and
'?~EREAS it is deemed that, generally speaking, it will be in
the public interest and welfare to establish and maintain said ponding area,
NO?~, ~ERE~RE, BE IT R~SOLVtzD by the City Council of the City
of South San Fr~cisco that license agreem~ts be entered into, as recon~ended
b y the Director of Public ~forks. In this connection, the City Attorney is
hereby authorized and directed to approve and accept said license agreements
on behalf of said city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced rnd adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this ~th day of October~ 195b~
