A RESOLUTICN OF ~THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCIBCO ACCEPTING AN INDENTURE FROM ?~T.p. FULLER
& CO. CONVEYING TO SAID CITY AN EASEI~NT FOR T~E INSTALLA~
TION OF SEW]iR LINES, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SAID INDEi'iTURE ON BEHALF OF
SAID CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said City shall, and it hereby does, accept from ~'f.P. Fuller
& Co., a private corporation, an Indenture, dated July 9th, 195~, whereby
ssid private corporation conveys to said City an easement for the purpose of
installing and maintaining sewer lines, subject to certain c~nditions there-
in stated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is here-
by authorized to eEecute sa~d Indenture on behalf of said City, and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest to the same and to affix
thereto the corporate seal of said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby
is, instructed to transmit said Indenture, together with a certified copy of
this resolution, to the County Recorder's office for recordation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was Eegularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San F ancisco
at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of October,1954, b~? the follEwing vote:
