A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
THE HOUSING AUT~0RITY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO CONVEYING TO SAID CITY AN EASEMENT FOR
THE PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTING, INSTAT,T,ING AND MAIN-
TAINING A STORM SEWER PIPE-LINE THROUGH TEE INDUS-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall:
and it hereby does, accept from the ROUSINGAUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a public
corporation, a Deed, dated November l, 195~, whereby said public corporation conveys to said City an
easement for the purposes of constructing, installing, and maintaining a storm sewer pipe-line through
the Industrial Village area.
BE IT FURTNER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City transmit said Deed, together
with a certified copy of this Resolution, to the Recorder of they"County of San Mateo for recordation.
