A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AN INDENTTSqE FROM
STEWART-WARNER CORPORATION CONVEYING TO SAID
CITY AN EASEMENT FOR THE INST~T.T.~TION OF SEWER
LINES, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SAID INDENTURE ON
~EHALF OF SAID CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that
said City shall, and it hereby does, accept from the STEWART-WARNER~CORPORATION, a private
corporation, and Indenture, dated October 18th, 1954, whereby said private corporation conveys to said
City an easement for the purpose of installing and maintaining sewer lines, subject to certain
conditions therein stated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute
said Indenture on behalf of said City, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest
to the same and to affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
BE IT EURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, instructed to
transmit said Indenture, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to the County Recorder's
office for recordation.

of the City of South San Fraubisco at a regular meeting held
on the 1st day of November, 1954.
