A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING REVISED F/qEEWAY
MAINTENANCE AGR~r~ENT
WEEKEAS the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, has presented to said City an agreement entitled "REVISED FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGBWmm~ENT"
which appertains to the maintenance of Bayshore Freeway within said City of South San Francisco
between the northerly lfm~ts and southerly l~m~ts of said City, and
WHEREAS the City Council of said city is familiar with all the terms of said
proposed agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of theCity of South San Francisco
that said proposed "REVISED FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT" be, and the same hereby is, approved.
The Mayo~r~and ~he City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on beba_lf of said City and "the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto
the corporate seal of said City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by theCity Council _

held ou the 1st day of November, 1954, by the following vote:
