BE IT I~SOLV~) by the City Council of the City of So~th San Francisco that said City enter into an
agreement with SO~A.-a~q PACIFIC C~PANY, a corporation, whereby said S0~A'.~.~ PACIFIC COMPANY ~oes grant to
said City a. revocable permit for the purpose of installing and maintaining an eight-inch sewer line in a 2~-inch
casing as aescriBed in the form of said revocable permit (dated June 28, 19~) and as indicated on the plat
attached thereto.
BE IT r~f£.~ ~SOLV~) that the Mayor of said City be, and he hereby is, authorize~ to execute
said agreement on behalf of said City, an~ the City Clerk is hereby ~ireeted to attest to the same sad to
affix thereto the c~rporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution ~as regularly introdaced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Sonth San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of December, 19~, by the
