it hereby does, accept from R. K. J~cOBSEN a~l V. O. JACC~h~EN, his wife, and Indenture, dated October 29,
195~, whereby said R. K. JACOBSEN an~ V. Q. J~C~BSEN, his w~fe, convey to said City &n easement' for the
purpose of installing and maintaining semmr lines, subject to certain conditions therein stated.
BE IT ~ I~SOLVED that the Mayer of said City is hereby authorized to execute said Indenture
on behalf of said City, an~ the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest to the same and to
affix therto the corporate seal of said City.
BE IT ~J~l'"~'~ RESOLVED +_.~t the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, ins~m~cte~ to transmit said
Indenture, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to 'the County Recorder's Office for
recordation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introdmced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of December, 195~.
