BE IT ~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City enter into
an agreement with SC~PI'-,:~ PACIFXOCT~PANY, a corporation, whereby s~id SO~',~:~ PACYFIO COI~ANY does grant
to said City a revocable permit for the purpose of installing and maintaining two (2) six-ineh cast iron
pipe line croesings as descsrib~l in the form of said revocable permit (dated November ~, 19~) and as
indicate~ on the plat attached thereto.
~E IT ~utc~ RESOLVED that the Nayor of said City be, and he hereby is, authorize~l to execute
said agreement on behalf of said City, and ~he City Clerk is hereby directs1 to attest to the same and to
affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro~ce~ and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reg~.lar meeting hel~ this 6th day of December, 19~, by the
following vote:
