City, for the purpose of installing and m~utaining upon such l~roperty & dm a~l podding ere~ for the l~md~ug
of excess stc~ ~tera so as to prevent dmmge to city property l~ng ~tb,/_the ~rea of said Francisco
Terrace 8ulxlivision ~
~ it is believed that the creation and maintenance of said ponding area for the purpose of
pounding excess storm v~ter8 will also afford protection to the residents of said Francisco Terrace SutKlivision
and their property; and
~ it is dee~e~ that, generally speaking, it will be in the public interest and welfare to
establish and maintain said ponding area.

accept fre~ mid R~aan Catholic ArchbishOp of San Francisco a certain license, as preaente~ by said Archbishop,
which is ~ated December 15, 19~ and which sets forth various conditions and limitations.
BE IT ~v~A~ RESOLVe) by sai~ City Co~aeil that said City does hereby agree to hold said Archbishop
safe and hareless as a result of the installation, construction, ~aintenance, az~ use of the aforementioned
·am and pouding area and, fGrther, that said City shall, by the acceptance of said License, Be bound by all
the ter~s, conditions, and limitations therein set forth.
BE IT A~CA~ RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall transmit a certified copy of this resolution to
said Archbishop.
