A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO GRANTING PERMISSION TO THE
GOVERNM~T OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO
~NCROACH UPON PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO IN ORD~ TO CONSTRUCT A STORM DRAIN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City grant to
the Government of the United States of America permission to encroach upon property of the City of South
San Francisco for the purpose of installing a storm drain adjacent to and norbheasterly of the boundary
of Golden Gate National Cemetery, as bisecte~ by an extez$ion of "M" Street of said cemetery. Said
permit shall be in the form of a written agreement as presented by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to execute the same on behalf of said City
and that the City Clerk of said City be instructed to attest to the same and to affix thereto the corporate
seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 2Otb day of December, 1954, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, Richard Gamlen, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith, and Francis Lucchio
