A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~ SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A Dwell OF DEDICATION
WHEREBY THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT,
A UNIF~ SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE COUPler OF SAN NATEO, DEDICATES
A PORTION OF DEL MONTE DRIVE TO SAID CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall:, mad~ it
hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 22nd day of December, 1954, whereby THE ~
SAN FRANCISCO bN~'imu SCHOOL DISTRICT, a unified school district of the County of San Mateo, has de~icate~ to
said City for public street purposes the land described in said Deed of Dedicatio% the same being & portion
of Del Monte Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to forward said Dee~ of Dedicat:
to' the Recorder of the County of San Mateo for recordation, together with a certified copy of this resolution of
acceptance ..
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Comnctl
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of January, 1955, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNC~ Richard Gamlen, Francis Lucchio, Telford Smith, Emilio Cortesi, and Andrew Rocca.
