A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF A CERTA//I
LICENSE FROM SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, A CORPORATION,
~TTING THE INS~G AND MAINTAINING OF SEWER LINES,
AND AIFIHORIZING THE ~gJ~T£ON OF SAID LICENSE ON BEHALF OF
SAID CITY
· BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of South San Franc'tsco that said City enter into
an agreement with SO~ PACIFIC COMPANY, a corporation, whereby said ~0~3TMW. w~ PACIFIC COMPANY does grant
to' said City a revocable permit for the purpose of installing am1 maintaining an eight-inch cast iron pipe
line CrosSing as described in the fora of said License Agreement (date~ November 11,19~) and as indicated
on the plat attached thereto.
BE IT FdRTT~ RESOLVED that the Mayor of said Cit-j ~e, an~ he hereby is, authorized to execute' Said
agreement on behalf of said City, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to the same and to affix
thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and a~OPte~ by the City·
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of January by the following
vote:
