SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING AN AG~"~WENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA
WATER SERVIC~ C(~PANY PROVIDING FOR AN EXTENSION CF A
WATER MAIN FR~ HARBOR ROAD TO TEE SEWAGE TREA~ PLANT
~ the California Water Service Cca~ny, a c~rporation, has presente~ to the City an a~reement
dated January 3, 1955, which provides for the installation of the water main from Harbor Road to the Sewage
Treatment Plant, a distance of eight hundred twenty-five (8~5) feet, at an estimated, cost of O~E T~OUBAND ONE

WEEREAS the City Council of said City is familiar with all the terms of said proposed Agreement,
NOW, T~.:~OHE, BE IT I~ESOLV~D by the City Council of ~he City of South San Francisco that said
proposed A~eement, dated January 3, 1955, be, and the same hereby is approved. The City Manager and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree, meut on behalf of said City and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of January, 1955, by the following vote:
