A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A GRANT DE~D WHEREBY CAESAR-C~?.T,AN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
GRANTS TO SAID CITY AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES AND STORM WATER
DRAINAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall, and it
hereby does, accept that certain Grant Deed, dated the 23rd day of December, 1954, whereby CAESAR~LT.~
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a co-partnership, grants to said City an easement for public utilities and storm w~ter
drainage as described iu said Deed.
BE IT ~ RESOLVED TEAT TEE City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to forward said Grant Deed
to the REcorder of the County of San Mateo for recordation, together with a certified copy of this Resolution
of acceptance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ReSOlution ~as regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of February, 1955, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Andrew Rocca, and Telford Smith.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
