A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EX--ION OF AN AGI~~ BETWERN
SAID CITY AND THE FIRM OF COATES, ~ AND ENGLAND, CON-
SULTING ACTUARY, FOR TEE PURPOSE OF S~JDYING TEE REwi~I~
PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND REPORTING ON
THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF REVISING TEE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City enter into
an agreement with the firm of COATES, m~tFURTH AND ENGLAND, Consulting Actuaries, whereby said firm agrees
to study the retirement program of City and to report on the advantages and disadvantages of revising said
retirement program; and
BE IT FUR~ RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to the same and to affix thereto
the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 7th day of Feb~,~ry, 1955, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Ricbard Gamlen, Andrew Rocca, and Telford Smith.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
