A RESOLUI~ON OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SOUTN SAN
FRANCISCO INSTRUCTING T~E DIRECTOR OF PUELIC WOREB AS EX-
OFFICIO SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS OF SA/D CITY TO PREPARE AND FTLw. WITH
TEE CITY CLERK AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT FOR THE SUBDIVISION AREA
KNOWN AS "THE T(~4 WTn~.TAMS SU~DMSION" WITH RESPECT TO THE
ASSESSMENT OF TEE AVALON PARK OUTFALL SEWER.
WHEREAS a 'portion* of the area comprising a part of the Avalon Park Outfall Se~r Assessment
District b~, subsequent to the assessment becoming a lien upon the lands comprising the said assessment
district, been re-subdivided into three (3) lots, rendering it necessary to segregate and apportion the
unlmid insta!]~,nts of the original assessment in accordance with the benefits to the several parcels or
lots of land comprising said subdivision known as "The Tom Williams Subdivision"; and
~Mm~EAS there is presently owing and unpaid upon the assessment liens against the lots or parcels
of land comprising said new subdivision the sum of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-NI~E DOLLARS AND TWO CENTS ($689.02),
NOW, TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 8730 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the
Director of Public Works as ex-officio Superintendent of Streets of said City be, and he hereby is, instructed
to make and prepare an amended assessment of the original area of land affected by the aforementioned re-
subdividing, together with a map or plat showing the re-subdivision of said area. Further, upon the filing
by the Director of Public Works of an amended assessment, the City clerk of said City shall 'fix a time and
place for a hearing upon the amended assessment and shall give notice of the hearing by publication, as
provided by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular adjourned meeting held this 14th day of February,
1955, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, and Telford Smith
NOES: None
