A RESOLUTION OF THE C ]~.Y COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO VACATING .AND SETTING ASIDE RESOLUTIONS
NOS. 2113 and 2114~ ADOPTED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL ON THE
21st DAY OF FNiBRUARY. 1955.
WHEREAS it appears to be in the best interests of the people of the City of South
San Francisco and, in particular, the property owners of property comprising the special
assessment district known as the "Industrial Sewers and Pumping Stations Assessment
District", to vacate ~d set aside Resolutions Nos. 2113 and 2114, adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San FraEclsco on the 21st day of February, 1955,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that said resolutions be, and
they hereby are, vacated and set aside.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted and
passed by the City Council of tl~ City of South San Francisco, California, at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 7th day.of March, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen:
Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen and
Telford Smith
NOES: Counc i lmen: None
