A RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE PERi~T FROM THE CITY AND
COUNTY OF SAN F~-~ANCI~C0 FOR THE PRUPOSE OF ERECTING AND
MAIh~AINING AN EARTH~FILLED DAM ON CERTAIN PROPERTY OF
OF SAID CITY AND C 0UNTY OF SAN FRANC ISC0.
W~HEREAS the City of South San Francisco has heretofore requested permission from
the City and~County of San Francisco, a mf~nicipal corporation, to. erect and maintain an
earth-filled dame in Country Club Park, an unincorporated area, on a portion of the right-
of-way of the water department of said latter municipal corporation, for the pnn~ose of
checking the flow of storm waters; and
?~{EREAS the City and County of San Francisco has offered to the City of South
San Francisco ~ revOCabl~ permit to so construct and maintain said earth-filled dam; and
WHEREAS it is ~eemed in the best interests of the City of South San Francisco
and the people and property owners thereof to accept said revocable permit~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco thsh said revocable permit so offered by said City and County of San Francisco
be, and the same hereby is, approved and accepted. In this connection, the City Manager
of said City is hereby authorized au~l directed to execute said revocable permit on behalf
of said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City be, and he hereby is,
instructed to fo~,-ward to said City and County of San Francisco a certified copy of this
resolution, together with two executed copies of said revocable permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the ~ity of South San Francisco held
on the 21st day of March, 1.o55, by the following vote:
