HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2125-1955RESOLUTION NO. 2125 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~YNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO WHEREBY SAID CITY COUNCIL ORDERS CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS IN THE BOUNDARY OF THE DISTRICT BENEFITED BY THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF A SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM. WHEREAS, pursum~t to Resolution No. 2120 of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, adopted on the 7th day of Ma?ch, 1955, notice has been duly given of the intention of said City Council to change and modify the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 2054, adopted by said City Council on the 30th day of August, 1954; and WHEREAS one person interested appeared or filed written protests against said proceedings, or any part thereof, and all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications, were fully heard and considered by said City Council~ N~;, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council, and said City Council does hereby order 1. That all protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled; 2. That the proposed changes and modifications in the proceedings under said Resolution of Intention No. 2054 be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 2120, adopted March 7, 1955, whereby said City Council declared its intention to make changes and modifications in the boundary of the district benefited by the construction and installation of a sanitary sewer system referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. 2054, a~opted on the 30th day of August, 1954. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held on the 22nd day of March, ~955 by the following vote: AYES, Councilmen: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Richard Gamlen and Telford Smith DJ OE S, " None AB SEh~, " Emilio Cortesi ATTE ST: Arthur A.
