A RES~OLUTION OF THE CITY,~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PROPOSED EXPENDITURES OF THE ALLOCATION
OF GAS TAX M01~EYSFROM THE STA~E OF CALIFORNIA TO SAID CITY FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR .~19~'~, AND APPROVING A FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL ~E~,IORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT FOR Tt~E EXPENDITURE OF SUCH ~ONEYS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF
MAJOR CITY STREETS.
S _ .WHEREAS there ha~s this date been presented to the City Council of the City of South
an ~'ranclsco a First Supp±emental ~emorardum of Agreement to be entered into with the State or
~alifornia by said City. in accordance ~ith a pro~ect statement submitted b.y said City for the
expenditure of the gas %ax allocation to said City for the fiscal year 1955, and
WHEREAS said City Council is fully familiar with the contentsof said First Supple-
mental Agreement,
NOW,~IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED~b~ said City Council that said project statement b
e,
and it hero, by is, adopted as the budget~~ proposed expenditures of the allocation of gas tax
moneys to said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the. City Council that the aforementioned First Supplemental
Agreement be. and the same hereby is, approved, and the ~ayor is hereby authorized to execute
said First Bupplemental Agreement on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is directed to
attest to the same and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City. it beir~21 expressly under-
stood by said City Council that said F~rst Supplemental Agreement~mhAll be binding upon the
City at such time as it shal i be executed by the authorized of fl cials of the State of California.
I herebyycertify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this ~th
