A RESOLUTION CONFIR~IING ASSESSi~NT FOR II~iPROV~2~ENT ~DRK PERFOR~ED
UNDER RESOLUTION OF I~ENTION NO. 2054, ADOP~ED ON THE 30th DAY OF
AUGUST, 1954.
WHEREAS one person has, in writing, complained to or appealed to the City Council of
the City of South San l~ancisco with reference to the assessment made by the Director of Public
Works as ex-officio Superintendent of Streets of said City upon the property declared to be
benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intention No. 2054,
adopted August 30, 1954, and saidwzitten protests, if any, and any.and all oral protests,
being hereby overruled,
NOW, THEHEFCRE, BE IT R~0LVED bY the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said assessment be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
The Superintendent of Streets of said City is hereby directed to deliver to the
contractor who performed the improvement work mentioned in said Resolution of Intention No.
2054, or to his duly designated assignee, said assessment, to which shall be attached a
warrant authorizing sai? c~ntractor or said assignee to demand and receive the several assess-
merits upon said assessment, in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and. adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held
this llth day of April, 1.o55 by the following vote:
