HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2135-1955RESOLUTION NO. 2135 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING A CORRECTION IN THE MINUTES OF THE COUNCIL ~EETING OF APRIL 15, 1954 WHEREAS on the 15th day of March, 1954 Resolution of Intention No. 1987 was adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco with respect to the construction of an industrial sewage collection system ~ and for said City, the same to be located in the industrial area East of Airport Boulevard and North of South Airport Boulevard, in said City, and did designate an adjourned regular meeting to be held at the hour of 3 o'clock P. M. on the 15th day of April, 1954 as the time for hearing public protests on said proposed improve- ment; and WHEREAS said public protest hearing was regularly opened at said adjourned regular meeting held at 3 o'clock P. M. on the 15th day of April, 1954, and whereas said public protest hearing was not concluded but was, on the contrary, continued until the regular meeting of said City Council to be held at the hour of 8 o'clock P. M. on the 3rd day of May, 1954; and ~EREAS the minutes of said adjourned regular meeting of April 15, 1954 fsi1 to reflect~' that said public protest hearing was so continued until the regular meeting of May 3, 1954, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the minutes of said adjourned regular meeting of April 15, 1954 be, and the same hereby are, corrected so that said minutes shall specify that the aforesaid public protest hearing was adjourned to said City Council's regular meeting of May 3, 1954, at 8 o'clock P.M. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolut&on was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 18th day of April,'1955, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILI/EN Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen and Telford Smith.
