A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM DAVID McCAHON AND DORIS~cCAHON, HIS WIFE, TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
RESOLVED by the City Counc&l of the City of South San Francisco that said City
accept that certain Grant Deed, dated March 1, 1955, whereby DAVID McCAHON and DORIS McCAHON,
his wife, grant and convey to said City all that certain real property situate in the County
of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows:
Portion of Lot numbered on (1) in Block lettered "G" as shown on that certain map
entitled "TRACT NO. 534, MAP NO. 1, COUNTRY CLUB PARK, SAN IIATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA"
filed May 9, 1941 in Book 23 of Maps at pages 54, 55 and 56, more particularly
described as:
BEGINNING at the most Westerly corner Of Lot 1 in Block "G" of said above mentioned
map and running thence from said point of beginning along the Southwesterly line of
said Lot 1, S. 31° 15' E. 30 feet; thence N. 58° 45' E. 120 feet; thence Northeaster-
ly, Easterly and Southeasterly along the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 20 feet,
tangent to the last mentioned course through a central angle of 90° for an arc distance of
31.46 feet to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1; thence along said Northeasterly line of
Lot 1, N. 31° 15' W. 50 feet to the most Northerly corner of said Lot 1; thence along the
Northwesterly line of Lot 1, S. 58° 45' W. 140 feet to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said De~d, together with a certified copy
of this resolution, to.be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the £oregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held on
the 25th day of April, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, and Telford Smith.
NOES: " None
ABSENT " Rocca
