A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND STANDARD OIL COI/PANY OF
CALIFORNIA~ A CORPORATION~ FOR THE PURPOSE OF LEASING
TO SAID CITY CERTAIN PROPERTY THEREIN DESCRIBED FOR
PARKING MOTOR VEHICLES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City enter into a Lease .Agreement with STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a corporation,
whereby said STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA leases to said City of South San
Francisco, for the purpose of parking motor vehicles and all such activities as shall be
incidental thereto, certain real property in said Lease Ageeement described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said Lease Agreement on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to execute said Lease Agreement on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to attest to the same and to affix thereto the corporate seal of said City
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held this 16th day of May, 1955, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, E. Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, and
Telford Smith
