A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
SAID CITY AND SUNSHINE PROPERTIES, INC., A PRIVATE CORPORATION,
RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC I~fl~ROVE~ENTS IN THAT
CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SUNSHINE GARDENS SUBDIVISION NO. 8.
WHEREAS SUNSHINE PROPERTIES, INC., a private corporation, is desirous of entering into
an agreement with the City of South San Francisco relative to the construction of public improvements
in that certain subdivision situate in the City of South San Francisco and designated as
"Sunshine Gardnes Subdivision No. 8", which agreement is required by the terms of the Subdivision
Ordinance of said City; and
WHEREAS all said improvements are to be constructed in accordance with the standard
specifications of the City of South San Francisco and all work shall be done under the inspection
of and to the complete satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS the Engineer of said City has submitted an estimate of the cost of the
construction of the necessary public improvements in said subdivision, which estimate is in the
sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($11, 545.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does hereby declare its willingness
to enter into such agreement on behalf of said City relative to the construction of such improvements
in said subdivision, said agreement to specify the sum of money estimated by the Engineer as above
specified with respect to the cost of the construction of the necessary public improvements in
said subdivision.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of said City and
the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Frmncisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of
June, 1955, by the following vote:
