A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
DESIGNATING CHARLES LEDWITH, A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT, AS THE
ACCOUNTANT TO PERFORM THE ANNUAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR THE FISCAL YEARS 1954-1955 and 1955-1956
WHEREAS CHARLES LEDWITH has submitted to the City of South ~an Francisco a written offer to
perform annual auditing services, the total fees for which, as stated in said offer, should not excee¢
the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($1,750.00), per annum; and
WHEREAS the total charges for such auditing services are arrived at on the following basis:

Principal
Senior Accountant
Junior Accountant
$75.00 per diem
50.00 per diem
37.50 per diem;
WHEREAS said charge for such auditing services is deemed to be reasonable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
CHARLES LEDWITH be engaged to perform auditing services, as in the premises hereto specified, and in
event that he shall perform additional auditing services he shall receive compensation on the same bas
as set forth in said premises.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in view of the nature of such auditing services to be performed
by said CHARLES LEDWITH, his contract in that respect may be terminated only upon the giving of at les
ninety (90) days' advance written notice.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a re~
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held on the 18th day of July, 1955, by
the following vote:
