HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2174-1955Pri~nc~ RESOLUTION NO. 2174 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2157 WITH RESPECT TO THE INTEREST RATE ON THE COUPONS OF THE BONDS TO BE ISSUED PURSUANT THERETO WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 6th day of June, 19 pass and adopt its Resolution No. 2157, said resolution determining the unpaid assessments and provi for the issuance of bonds pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, as amended, reference to said Resolution No. 2157 being hereby expressly made for further details and particulars and WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend Resolution No. 2157 so that the interest rate on th coupons of the bonds hereinafter designated may be changed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the said City Council as follows: 1. That the first coupon attached to Bonds Nos. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 28, and 30 shall have a denomination of Twenty-five and 19/100tbs Dollars ($25.19) instead of Twenty- and 08/100tbs Dollars ($25.08). 2. That the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to the City Treas and the City Auditor. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on th 18th day of July, 1955, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN: NOES, " ABSENT, APPROVED: R.
