RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY BY
THE CITY OF DALY CITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Daly City has requested consent to annex the property hereinafter
described in accordance with Section 353045 of the Government Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does hereby consent to the annexation to the City of Daly City of all that certain real property in
the County of San Mateo, State of Califormia more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the present corporate limits line of the City of Daly City,
said point lying at the intersection of the Westerly line of Dunks Street with the Southerly
line of Washington Street; thence from said point of beginning, Southerly along the Westerly
line of Dunks Street, a distance of 322.24 feet; thence Westerly at right angles to the last
mentioned line to the Easterly line of Junipero Serra Boulevard; thence Southerly along
the Easterly line of said Junipero Serra Boulevard to the center'of "F" Street; thence ~.
Easterly along said center line of "F" Street to the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly
line of Lot 7, Block 5, City Extension Homestead Association, a map of which is filed in
Volume D of Maps at page 44, San Mateo County Records; thence Northerly in a direct line to
the Northeasterly corner of Lot 2, Block 1, of said City Extension Homestead Association;
thence Northwesterly to the intersection of the Northerly line of "A" Street with the South-
easterly line of San Pedro Avenue; thence northeasterly along said Southeasterly line of
San Pedro Avenue; thence northeasterly along said Southeasterly line of San Pedro Avenue to the
Southwesterly line of the lands of the Southern Pacific Company and the present corporate
limits line of the City of Daly City; thence Northwesterly and Westerly along said corporate
limits line to the point of beginning.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of a Resolution adopted by the City
Council of~Sbuth/San,~Francisco, Califorr~ at a regular meeting thereof held on the 1st day of
August, 1955 by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Ancrew Rocca, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
NOES, Councilmen: None
