A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~OUTH SAN FRANCISCO
EMPLOYING ATTORNEY FOR ~ISSION ROAD AND CHESTNUT AVENUE IMPROVE~NT PROCEEDIN~
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San FranciSco, California, that
RICHARD P. LYONS is hereby employed to prepare resolutions, notices, and affidavits in the pro-
ceedings with regard to the improvement of ~ission Road and Chestnut Avenue, in said City, and he is
further employed to furnish opinions on the legality of the contract, the assessment, and the bonds
in said proceeding, and his compensation therefor is fixed at two percent (2%) of the cost of said
improvement proceedings, payable as incidental expenses of the proceedings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this Ist day of
August, 1955, by the following rot.e:
