A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
EMPLOYIN(~ ATTORNEY FOR MISSION ROAD DRAINAGE DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT PROCEEDINGS.
RESOLVED by the City Council of'the City of South San Francisco, California, :that RICHARD
P. LYONS IS hereby employed to prepare resolutions, notices, and affidavits in the proceedings with
regard to the installation.of storm drains on Mission P~ad from the inte~ection of Said Mission
Road and Evergreen Drive to the'intersection of said Mission Road and Grand Avenue, i~ said City,
he is further .employed to furnish opinions on the legalityoof the contract, the assessment, and the
bonds in said proceeding, and his compensation therefor is fixed at two percent (2%) of the cost of
said improvement proceedini~, payable as incidental expenses of the proceedings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting thereof held this 1st day of
August, 1955, by the following vote:
