A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
~EMPLOYING ATTORNEYS FOR THE PROJECT OF IMPROVING SOUTH CANAL STREET
FROM LINDEN TO SPRUCE AVENUE AND MAYFAIR AVENUE FROM ITS EASTERLY
TERMINATION TO SPRUCE AVENUE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that RICHARD
P. LyONS-CONRAD B. REISCH, are hereby employed to prepare resolutions, notices, and affidavits
in the proceedings with regard to the improvement of South Canal Street from Linden to Spruce
Avenues and Mayfair Avenue from its easterly termination to Spruce Avenue, and they are further
employed to furmtsh opinions on the legality of the contract, the assessment, and the bonds in
said proceedings~and their~compensation therefor is fixed at two percent (2%) of the cost of
said improvemen~ proceedings, payable as incidental expenses of th~ proceedings~.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held this 29th
day of August, 1955, by the following vote:
