RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ASSESSMENT TO BE l~ADE AND SIGNED BY
THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS.
WHEREAS the City Counci1 of the City of South San Francisco did on the 6th day of September,
1955, pass a resolution ordering cert~n work and improvements to be made in pursuance of pro-
ceedings taken under the "Improvement Act of 1911" and which are described in Resolution of
Intention No. 2184, passed on the 1st day of August, 1955, reference to which resolution is
hereby expressly made for further particulars; and
WHEREAS said City Council desires that the assessment hereafter to be made in the proceedin[
shall be made and signed by the Director of Public Works instead of by the Superintendent of
Streets of said City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the assessment hereafter to be made, covering the costs and expenses of said work to be done and
improvement to be made, as described in said Resolution of Intention No. 2184 shall be made and
signed by the Director of Public Works instead of by the Superintendent of Streets of said C~ty.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting ~hereof held 6n the 6th day of
September, 1955, by the followhg vote, to wit:
AYES, Councilmen ~Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith.
