RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ASSESSMENT TO BE I/ADE AND SIGNED BY THE
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did on the 6th day of Septemb~
1955, pass a resolution ordering certain work and improvements to be made in pursuance of pro-
ceedings taken.under the "Improvement Act of 1911" and which are described in Resolution of
Intention No. 2192, passed on the last day of August, 1955, reference to which resolution is
hereby expressly made for further particulars; and
WIIIREAS said City Council desires that the assessment hereafter to be made in the proceed:
shall be made and signed by the.Director of Public Works instead of by the Superintendent of
Streets of said City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco thai
the assessment hereafter to be made, covering the costs and expenses of said work to be done a]
improvement to be made, as described in said Resolution of IntentiOn No. 2192 shall be made an~
signed by the Director of Public Works instead of by the Superintendent of Streets of said Cit:
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular'~meeting thereof held on the 6th day of
September, 1955, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Andrew Rocca, F~'ancis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith.
