RESOLUTION NO. 2222
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION AND A DEED OF EASEMENT FROM SAFEWAY
STORES, INCORPORATED, A CORPORATION, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 26th day of August, 1955,
whereby SAFEWAY STORES, INCORPORATED, a Maryland corporation, grants and conveys to said City
of South San Francisco certain real property therein described.
B~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that said City shall, and hereby does, accept
that certain Deed of Easement, dated the 26th day of August, 1955, whereby SAFEWAY STORES,
INCORPORATED, a Maryland corporation, grants and conveys to said City certain real property
therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Deeds, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
