RESOLUTION NO. 2225
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM PENINSULA TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY, A CORPORATION,
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Grant Deed, dated the 8th day of July, 1955, whereby
PENINSULA TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY, a California corporation, grants and conveys to said City of
South San Francisco certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing reso~ution was ~esularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South S~n Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th
day of September, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN:' Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio C°rtesi, Telford Smith.
