A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM EMILIO A PETROCCHI AND CHARLES J. PETROCCHI TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City
shall, and hereb~ does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 15th day of August,
1955, whereby EMILIO A PETROCCHIO and CHARLES J. PETROCCHI grant and convey to said City of
South San Francisco certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regullr meeting held on the 6th
day of September, 1955, by the following vote:
