A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM CLARA BERGAMASCHI AND ALFIERO BERGAMASCHI TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 24th day of August, 1955,
whereby CLARA BERGAl/ASCHI AND ALFIERO BERGAMASCHI grant and convey to said City of South San
Francisco certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day
of September, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES; COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith.
