A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
APPOINTING ENGINEERS OF WORK FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD
INDUSTRIAL TRACT, AND DIRECTING SAID ENGINEERS TO MAKE AN ESTIMATE OF
THE COST OF SAID IMPROVEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the firm of
WILSEY & HAM be, and they hereby are, appointed as engineers of work to supervise the work of
improving the Airport Boulevard Industrial Tract as specified in ResolutiOn of Intention No.
2237 of said City Council, passed and adopted on the 19th day of September, 1955, and to
prepare all engineering documents, plans, and specifications therefor.
Said engineering firm shall be compensated for said engineering services as follows:
For preparing plans and specifications, superintending the construction work, and for
inspection of the work, fourteen percent (14%) of the total construction cost.
BN IT FURTHER RESOLVED that WILSEY & HAM, Engineers, shall make and furnish to this City
Council an estimate of the cost and expense of the work hereinbefore referred to.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that LEE E., HAM, a member of the firm of WlLSEY & HAM, be, and he
hereby is, designated to make and sign any certificate or document required to be made or
signed by the engineers of work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introdUced and adopted by
theCity Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day
of September, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
